LeRaysville Cheese Factory which is located in LeRaysville, Pennsylvania which was built by a group of Old Order Amish farmers back in 1978. We continue the Amish tradition hand-making several different types of pasteurized whole milk cheddars, as well as a havarti-style called Udder Delight and a Pennsylvania Jack. We also have Cheddar Curds, the unique country snack that comes straight from the factory.
